Kerikeri Plant Production is a working Nursery that is open to the public, allowing customers to come and choose their plants directly from the place they are grown, along with expert growing advice. Our focus is New Zealand natives and we pride ourselves on our range and knowledge when it comes to what would work well in the North.
Our range of plants includes the small 5cm/7cm seedlings tubes, as well as 2L, 3L, 5L pots and PB12's bags perfect for landscaping and revegetation planting.

Retail Store

Our retail store is based at 55 Riddell Road, in the heart of the Kerikeri township. We have over 300 species of native plants and a small selection of exotics, that we know are popular amongst our regular customers. The team onsite are passionate about their work and all come from the local and surrounding areas. One of the specialities that Kerikeri Plant Production provides is a wide range of ferns. We have 18 different varieties of fern that are grown from spore and division.

Part of our stock includes ground covers, flaxes, hedging, specimen trees, as well as plants for bird and bee habitat, wetland restoration and revegetation plants. All our plants are hand grown and kept under the watchful eye of our staff onsite. You can be confident of your purchase from us as we ensure our plants have a strong stem, robust roots and healthy foliage before it is put forward for sale.

Online Orders

Kerikeri Plant Production is predominantly a wholesale and contract nursery however we welcome customers to view our plants online and request a quote. Customers can then either pick up from our site in Kerikeri or we can courier plants around New Zealand.

Kerikeri Plant Production's knowledgeable staff are here to help advise on the best plants for your garden or planting project. Our team comprises of highly experienced propagators, including two members who have been with us for 23 and 17 years respectively.
